In this interactive experience, one guest uses their movement to control the projected environment before them. Their hand movements trigger the growth of plants, the action of wildlife, and other quick interactions. As they walk past the piece, their motion will influence the flutter of the flowers before them. We hope to use "The Earthkeeper" to demonstrate the simple beauty of regrowth and nature.
Our piece was publicly exhibited on May 9th 2024 at the AV Williams Building, as part of the Immersive Media Design Capstone Fair.
